Northern Ireland: Four charged over journalist’s death
18 Sep 2008Four men appeared in court in Northern Ireland on 16 September to face charges relating to the 2001 murder of Sunday World journalist Martin O’Hagan.
Neil Hyde and Nigel William Leckey were accused of shooting him dead, while Robin Andrew King and Mark Kennedy were charged for perverting the court of justice and assisting with the murder respectively. Kennedy was granted bail, whilst the others will be remanded in police custody until the next hearing on 10 October.
