Toben bail hearing delayed

10 Oct 2008

Submissions for bail for Holocaust revisionist Frederick Toben will now not be heard until next week.

Toben is currently being held in immigration custody at Wandsworth prison. His solicitor, Kevin Lowry-Mullins, told Index on Censorship that his client was ‘in good health and good cheer’.

Toben’s bail and extradition hearings will take place next Friday, October 18.

Note: Mr Toben has now been moved to Bedford prison.
