But on the other hand ECHR has protected my rights to privacy. I am an Austrian journalist, who published a review of the Yearbook of the extreme right Freedom party in 1995. After 3 years in 3 courts, where I had to prove that Jews didn’t declare in 1933 war on Germany I was acquitted. In 2000 the Vienna state attorney started legal proceeding against the man I’ve criticised. He committe suicide and I was accused to have caused this. I sued the extreme right wing rag and Andreas Mölzer MEP for FPÖ and lost. ECHR protected my right to privacy and condemned the Republic of Austria on November 15, 2008. The judgment became valid on February 15, 2008

so we don’t take no more photo’s of actors and actresses or people in the news when their behaviour is unacceptable but we also don’t promote their films, yes the press can sometimes be too in your face, but most of them only complain when they are in positions they should not be in.
