		<description>The 1948 UDHR was dead already in 1966 when ICCPR was adopted. It grants merely &quot;the freedom to have or adopt a religion or belief&quot;, but no „freedom to change his religion or belief“.

That means ICCPR can be used as an excuse to deny the legal recognition of muslims who found christ and were baptized (see link).</description>
