Egyptian anger day
06 Apr 2009April 6 was named a day of ‘anger’ by Egyptian Internet users fighting the state of emergency law that prevents them from expressing themselves freely. The authorities have steadily increased the surveillance of bloggers. According to RSF, In 2008 more than 500 civilians were arrested for content of their online posts.

I very much doubt this figure, unless we are talking about the whole world and not Egypt. Very few blogger/activists in Egypt get in trouble because of their actual content.
I would not be surprised if the count is less than on dozen in the past few years.
