Guatemala: Released tweeter under house arrest
19 May 2009Jean Ramses Anleu Fernández, the Guatemalan I.T. worker arrested for expressing critical opinion via his Twitter profile (username Jeanfer) regarding the banking scandal taking place in the country this week, has been released from jail and is now under house arrest. Read more here
