So whilst it is horrifying that pusillanimous publishers and distributors defer to ignorant, illiberal and self-appointed defenders of their version of Islam, maybe this is not the one to go to the barricades for. The attitude that anything which could be even vaguely construed as offending religious sensibilities is somehow evil is even more worrying. Best of luck to you and I'll be buying a copy.
