Allowing the appropriate consultation with key stakeholders and other Government Departments; I would envisage the final stage of the review being completed by the end of the summer.&quot;

We can but wait to see what happens to these categories. I put arguments to several of these points, highlighting changes in society and attitudes that have taken place since the act and its various alterations, were brought in to force.
