		<description><![CDATA[In fairness, I believe he is talking about measures for a) police to be able to track any communications which may be being used to organise crime and b) preventing messaging in those cases.

Nobody wants to see social media victimised, but I&#039;m sure social media also doesn&#039;t want to be seen to be providing safety and security to thugs looking to rob, steal and set fire to homes/businesses.

There must be a middle ground here where the police can do their job without infringing on the rights of the greater media.]]></description>
