I am a 68 year old Decorated and Disabled Viet Nam Veteran, with TWO HONORABLE DISCHARGES from the U.S. Army. I am rated by the VA as being 100% Service-Connected, PSYCHIATRICALLY Disabled.
On the morning of October 16th, 2012 I was UNLAWFULLY EVICTED from my two bedroom apartment in The Bronx, NY – by the NYC City Marshall. I have all of the necessary documents to verify that, not only was my eviction unlawful, but EVERY eviction from this building in the past 16 ½ years, has also been done UNLAWFULLY!
The NY City Housing Court, Index No. B33280/11, has not listened to me; and the NY State Supreme Court, Index No. 309725/2011, is not listening to me.
I mean like. I’m a German! I feel like there’s something Fundamentally Wrong and Disconcerting with ME allowing a Jew to push me around —- UNLAWFULLY !!!
