Guido Fawkes is being exceptionally fair to Lord Leveson here, especially considering the way his Lordship has treated him in return over matters such as expenses, which have been so readily granted to others.

The cui bono aspect of legally enforced censorship only buttresses his argument despite adversely affecting his own pocket.

Meanwhile the Crown Prosecution Service only appears to be interested in one proprietor. That speaks volumes for the prospect of state intervention here.
