		<description><![CDATA[Just come across the above cases. The Tennis case is certainly one on my top five.  But I think there are well over a dozen further cases even worse than some of the above.  Still, I suppose that you are aware of the one or two websites which have been closed down for providing coverage on them and comments removed after further libel threats.

You really could not make it up. These people launch libel proceedings (usually fee exempt) and then seek to silence legitimate coverage on their failures. It is about time perhaps that the free speech campaigns encouraged the use of Civil Restraint Orders and Section 42 orders to deal with vexatious litigants and lawyers.]]></description>
