I hope he wins at he Supreme Court level. As far as I know, promoting scientific temper is one of the most fundamental rights in India. Sanal is a lucky man, if he was in Pakistan, he’d be headless by now.

I am not hopeful that the blasphemy laws in India would be changed:if anything they may even be strengthened!
Catholics in India are only 1.5% of the population but have incredible clout.

Damn other countries are stupid. Seriously? Over stating the truth. So what if your feelings got hurt… A man should be in jail for that? Because he hit an emotional nerve? It’s time for India to banish that ancient “I’m all butthurt” law and focus of more important things. Like murder, rape, etc.
