In a debate to be held tomorrow morning former minister Denis MacShane will join forces with senior Liberal Democrat Norman Lamb and Conservative Michael Gove to raise the issue of Britain becoming a place, as MacShane put it, &#8216;where the rich and powerful can use the law to attack their critics and gag journalists, editors and publishers.&#8217;
