Australian Holocaust revisionist
Frederick Toben will not face extradition to Germany, after the German authorities withdrew an appeal against a decision by a London court that the arrest warrant issued against him was too vague.

Holocaust denier
Frederick Toben was returned to custody today, having been denied bail at Westminster Magistrates Court. Toben, 64, is facing extradition to Germany under a European Arrest Warrant.
