In Thailand, Les majeste, or offence against the monarchy, carries a<a title=\"CPJ: Thai officials close 13 radio stations, detain staff\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cpj.org\/2011\/04\/thai-officials-close-13-radio-stations-detain-staf.php\" target=\"_blank\"> maximum sentence<\/a> of 15 years in prison. It is as yet unclear whether the stations will face such a charge.
