Timothy Kalyegira, the editor of <a title=\"Uganda Record: Homepage\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ugandarecord.co.ug\/\" target=\"_blank\">Uganda Record<\/a>, a website which has been critical of the country\u2019s governing National Resistance Movement. Kalyegira was initially questioned over articles which suggested that Somali based militants, <a title=\"BBC News: Who are Somalia's al-Shabaab?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/10595332\" target=\"_blank\">al Shabaab<\/a>, were connected to the 11 July <a title=\"BBC World Service: Kampala bomb suspect extradited to Uganda for trial\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/worldservice\/africa\/2011\/02\/110222_uganda_bomb_suspect.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">bombings in Kampala <\/a>which killed 76 people.
