Those convicted include Shia political leader Hassan Mushaima and the activists Abdulhady al-Khawaja and\u00a0Abduljalil Al Singace.\u00a0Thirteen other\u00a0campaigners received lesser\u00a0sentences between two\u00a0and 15 years, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/world\/2011\/jun\/22\/bahraini-activists-jailed-life\" target=\"_blank\">reports the Guardian<\/a>.
