British student, <a title=\"The Guardian: Student who ran file sharing site TVShack could face extradition to US\" href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/law\/2011\/jun\/17\/student-file-sharing-tvshack-extradition\" target=\"_blank\">Richard O&#8217;Dwyer<\/a>, ran\u00a0the\u00a0website TVShack, which gave links to other sites that offered pirated downloads.
