Last month a legal bid to have them closed was withdrawn but both papers were warned of possible prosecutions that could lead to fines. <a title=\"Index on Censorship - Nasha Niva\" href=\"http:\/\/www.indexoncensorship.org\/newsite02may\/tag\/nasha-niva\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nasha Niva<\/a> received was fined for failing to show its registration number in one of its latest issues, while <a title=\"Index on Censorship - Narodnaya Volya\" href=\"http:\/\/www.indexoncensorship.org\/newsite02may\/tag\/narodnaya-volya\/\" target=\"_blank\">Narodnaya Volya<\/a> received a warning for getting a date wrong in a recent issue.
