The initial attack was <a title=\"El Tiempo: [portugese]\" href=\"http:\/\/eltiempo.com.ve\/sucesos\/violencia\/policias-agredieron-a-periodista-de-el-mio\/28421\" target=\"_blank\">caught on video.<\/a>\u00a0Tarazona was released and subsequently filed a formal complaint with the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.
