While Gakire apologised to the High Media Council, the comment was deemed to be <a title=\"Index on Censorship - Libel\" href=\"http:\/\/www.indexoncensorship.org\/newsite02may\/tag\/libel\/\" target=\"_blank\">libellous<\/a>, and he was handed a six-month suspension from the Forum of Private Newspapers.
