The pair sent out Twitter messages regarding an <a title=\"LA Times - Terrorism charges for two in Mexico who spread attack rumour on Twitter\" href=\"http:\/\/latimesblogs.latimes.com\/laplaza\/2011\/09\/twitter-tweets-veracruz-mexico-terrorism-drug-war-censorship-rumors.html\" target=\"_blank\">unconfirmed drug attack<\/a> on a primary school last month, and were accused of terrifying frantic parents.
