This ruling is a step in the right direction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Chambers was convicted in 2010 for sending a \u201cmenacing communication\u201d after joking on Twitter that he would blow Doncaster\u2019s Robin Hood Airport \u201csky high\u201d if it closed due to weather conditions.
