Sara Yasin looks at how the country has pursued users of the popular social networking site<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A seventeen-year-old student\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bahrainrights.org\/en\/node\/6198\">has been sentenced<\/a>\u00a0to one year in prison for allegedly insulting Bahrain&#8217;s king on Twitter.\u00a0Ali Faisal Alshofa was first arrested in March this year.
