Exile Hub is a women-led initiative offering holistic, frontline support to human rights defenders and pro-democracy activists at risk in Myanmar and beyond. Founded in response to the 2021 military coup, we have supported over 2,100 individuals providing urgent and sustained assistance to those targeted for defending freedom, dignity, and democratic values.

Exile Hub works with a wide range of defenders: journalists, student activists, teachers, community organisers, lawyers, artists, and digital rights advocates those who challenge authoritarianism and advance human rights. Its support includes safe housing, emergency relocation, legal aid, psychosocial care, digital protection, and financial assistance. Whether resisting from within Myanmar or continuing their work in exile, Exile Hub stands with them.

Exile Hub is powered by a dedicated team of media professionals, human rights advocates, digital security experts, and members of the Myanmar diaspora. We understand the risks and pressures faced by those on the frontlines and respond with urgency, care, and confidentiality.

It believes that defending rights and raising critical voices is vital to building a freer future. As the crisis in Myanmar deepens, Exile Hub remains agile and deeply rooted in solidarity, ensuring those who refuse to be silenced are protected, supported, and heard.
