Italian police have confiscated hundreds of photographs taken of allegedly topless women at Silvio Berlusconi’s villa in Sardinia, after a court appeal ruled in favour of the Prime Minister, deeming the photos to be an invasion of privacy. Read more here

    Silvio Berlusconi has a long history of using censorship to surpress information that is bad for him, these photographs are just the latest examples, as I understand it, these pics were taken from a distance and none were taken inside and as such do not fall foul of Italian law so should be allowed to be published, either way it wouldn’t surprise me to find them appearing on the internet soon.
