** NEWSFLASH ** Singh wins right to appeal in chiropractor libel case
Science writer Simon Singh this morning won the right to appeal Mr Justice Eady’s ruling against him in a libel action. The action was brought by the British Chiropractic Association over an article Singh wrote for the Guardian.
