Iran: Mousavi newspaper journalists freed
On 6 July, 22 of the 25 jailed employees of Kalameh Sabz, the newspaper owned by Mir Hossein Mousavi were released. Three editorial staff are still in jail.

Iran: journalist freed
Anglo-Greek journalist Iason Athanasiadis has been released from prison in Tehran. Athanasiadis is believed to have been the only non-Iranian to be held in the crackdown on post-election protests.

Habitat uses Iran election tags to generate Twitter hits
Furniture company Habitats Twitter account used hashtags such as #Iranelection and #Mousavi in order to ensure the company’s messages regarding their products would be seen by a mass audience. Twitter members use hashtags to help them narrow their searches and the use of Twitter has proved an invaluable way of getting information out of the heavily censored country. Read more here
