Whistleblower Pasquill to sue FCO
18 Nov 2008Derek Pasquill, the Foreign Office employee who was tried under the Official Secrets Act after leaking documents to the press, is to challenge his dismissal from his post at the Employment Tribunal.
Pasquill was dismissed summarily on the grounds of gross misconduct on 21 August 2008, in spite of the fact he was acquitted in September 2007.
